Many years ago I tore the MCL in each of my knees, as well as the rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I went from being in the gym everyday to struggling to walk up and down stairs. When I couldn't even pick up a gallon of milk with my injured arm I knew I was in trouble. Luckily I found amazing individuals who had such an incredible understanding of the human body and movement that they were able to get me healthy and moving again. With my eternal gratitude for those who helped me and my newfound appreciation for my pain-free movement, I set out on a journey to gain the knowledge and understanding of the human body in order to help others. Who am I? I am Keith Rossback, personal trainer. I do not view personal training as a trainer/client relationship, instead I see it as a team effort working together towards your goals.
